Тег sport=* используется для обозначения одного или нескольких видов спорта, в которые можно играть внутри или на каком-либо физическом объекте. Список видов спорта приведён ниже. Значения football и rugby следует избегать, вместо них, пожалуйста, используйте american_football, australian_football, canadian_football, rugby_league, rugby_union или soccer.

Тег sport=* используется в дополнение к подходящему типу объектов. Часто это спортивные площадки leisure=pitch или дорожки leisure=track, а также любые другие спортивные сооружения, например бассейн leisure=swimming_pool может быть для плавания или для прыжков в воду. Пляж natural=beach может использоваться для плавания и для дайвинга. Спортивный центр leisure=sports_centre может быть связан с большим количеством видов спорта. Если в отдельные виды спорта играют в разных конкретных местах, тогда укажите вид спорта с конкретным полем или другим объектом.

Если объект предназначен для нескольких видов спорта, перечислите их через точку с запятой ";", например gymnastics;badminton.

Некоторые виды спорта полагаются на разные или дополнительные теги, для whitewater sports используются специальные теги для обозначения водных путей, Proposed features/Climbing для скалолазания отмечают линиями с уклоном, а также есть специальное обозначение для highway=via_ferrata.

Виды спорта (sport=*)

Этот тег используют в качестве уточняющей информации. На карте отображается соответствующий вид спорта. Для обозначения территории основным указывают тег landuse=* или leisure=*.
