The geometry of way/630447115 <way/630447115> (a.k.a. Charoen Krung 41 drive) as you mapped here is wrong, very misleading, and legally dangerous.

This driveway does not link roads together, it is a cul-de-sac connected to Charoen Krung road. To make it worse, it is a *private* cul-de-sac that ended with a fence.

I have checked Bing and ESRI imagery, and they did not have any definite visibility for things under tollways; yet you went ahead and "assumed" the connection anyway. I have no words...

During an in-person verification survey of this, landlord (who was supervising a construction work there) approached me and informed me that this driveway is actually on a private land; starting from the edge of the main Charoen Krung road- access is allowed only for those who are having business with establishments located there, not for general public. And I was asked to leave.

The driveway was likely not mapped by passerby for this reason. If you are going to map this kind of stuff, do it with a *real survey* where actual length of the road and proper access mode can be noted; not just lazily sitting in your office- overinterpreting imagery like there's no tomorrow.

Making edits like this from the air, apart from misleading people to be trapped in cul-de-sacs, it can land your (Grab's) and other unsuspecting OSM users into trespassing charges. This is a highly irresponsible act for a so-called GIS company.

The offending part is reverted in changeset #71596036 <changeset/71596036> and fixed in changeset #71727548 <changeset/71727548>.

Regarding "Coffee Place" on Chroen Krung 30 <node/5825050055>:

I could verify that this exists, but are you sure that this place _mainly_ sells coffee beans/power? <shop=coffee>

Because from a passing look, it looked more like a cafe to me- which sells coffee as drinks. <amenity=cafe>

This edit is disfiguring Charoen Krung 32 drive; partially reverted in changeset/70548617 <changeset/70548617>.

Please explain how Paragon's customer entrance driveway is supposed to be "private"?

Else, I will have to revert your swath of edits; because the last time I went there (which is not far from the time you made this edit), it is not the case.

Reasons:

You attempted to draw a driveway that crosses over a chain link barrier separating two parking areas.

And apart from this wrong entrance drivway, the correct entrance of the parking lot in question (at its N/E corner) is not marked.

This shows that you lot didn't even bother surveying the thing before messing with locals' works.

- You falsely mapped sidewalk as a driveway.
- You squeezed this false "driveway" between the main road and hospital fence, despite the small distance between them.
- You half-heartedly lined half of this false "driveway" outside of the hospital fence, and another half inside.

Your team failed all sorts of common senses I expect from "real" mappers.

A "driveway" lining parallel to the south side of CentralWorld as mapped here is very misleading:

- It shown that driveway's entrance was its east side, which was completely wrong; it is an exit- an access-forbidden "exit" to be precise.
- Its real entrance and exit are not mapped.
- This is actually a _one-way_ cab-hailing lane (with taxi stop), with opposite traffic direction from what the thing you mapped implies.

These made what you mapped useless for navigation. If I had to guess, I think you just mapped a light-gray sidewalk next to the actual cab lane, because that is the only part that is not obscured by trees.

A "restaurant" named "Sensens" on Saint Gabriel school ground <node/6391901310> is actually a ice cream palour Swensens.

A really *dangerous* kind of falsehood here; and second one in this changeset now, I must say.

What you mapped as a "branch" of Siam Square driveway 1 is actually the Scala food court- with narrow path in the middle, just enough to accommodate pedestrians, the rest are long row of food stands and tables full of dining customers; no vehicle allowed.

This is utterly false; it is a large sidewalk of the main road, even people on a passing bus could easily see it as such.

This falsehood is now reverted in changeset/69589672 <changeset/69589672>.

And other things:

1. If you are adding POIs, make sure to *add at least their name*, or else they wouldn't be very useful (nor verifiable) to other contributors.
2. If you just described the place (probably because you can't type the Thai name), please do so in the _description_ field <description=*>, not the name field. Also see the next point.
3. I'm quite sure that Chao Pho Suea shrine (at where Tanao road meets Mahannop road) is not named "Chinese tempel" [sic]:

Reason: This upload introduces several unnamed POIs in Bang Khun Phrom/Thewet area that I could verify as duplicates. From north to south:

- (unnamed restuarant) <node/6391901333> is a duplicate of Supharp noodle joint <way/673302254>.
- (unnamed "gift" shop) <node/6391901508> is a duplicate of "Basket of Handweaven Fabric" botique <way/673291201>.

To other contributors: This changeset is very large, there might be other duplicate POIs that are not yet spotted. If anyone can identify duplicates, please do- and also comment here.

I have went through other Grab-related edits on this area, and found that this is a second shoddy attempt to fix a _nested_ mess caused by Grab team themselves. Another instance that Grab team rope _unpaid_ contributors to re-survey and fix them, by hand.

I have went through other Grab-related edits on this area, and found that this is a shoddy attempt to fix a mess caused by Grab team themselves- by replacing it with even more mess; adding even more burden to unpaid contributors who have to craft hand-reverts through stack of them.
