Hi Nischmi, as you might note here ORS doesn't support turn restrictions. AFAIK they are aware of this but it's not that easy to add this feature

And a complex but more detailed one: osm.wiki/User:Oxomoa/%C3%96PNV-Schema

We have a lot of student works happening on OSM, but nobody documents or is interested in notify about news. Hopefully you like to setup a wiki page and working directly with the community :)

Hehe a friend told me here in Germany we have similar signs for districts that have obviously outdated map datas :)

But hey I assume it's not about the cleverness of a guy to follow the navi. This is just some kind of training. So I guess everybody that is relaxed will do what the magic voice sais ;)

Yes walking papers or video mapping :) But both work only great if there are at least roads. Working perfect if there are even buildings.

Well Djinni I guess that there is some kind of federal institution that collects geodata in vietnam. I'm pretty sure that they offer there geodata infastructure (GDI) as a WMS service to their citizens.

AFAIK this is not possible in a easy way. The only thing you can use with JOSM is WMS and so Yahoo or Digital Ortho Photos by your local authorities
