Hi Nischmi, as you might note here ORS doesn't support turn restrictions. AFAIK they are aware of this but it's not that easy to add this feature

Thanks for this hint. Now I know that I cannot (yet) test my turn restrictions on ORS. In my opinion, any serious routing service must respect them. The tags for defining them are well defined in the wiki, and a reasonable routing on rural area is not possible without TRs. Also, there are tools for JOSM and Potlach to easily define them.
