Those tags are legal access restrictions - they reflect what the signs at the road say. If there are signs that refer to roller skates, you can add this.
But these tags should not be used to tag personal impressions of what might me a good use or not.

Please have a look to the documented tags in the wiki and use only these - only well-defined tags can be understood by other mappers and can be shown on maps and in applications.
