Oops, I meant the Old NH9 in the changeset comment.

I have had to revert this changeset because we have no cable car or similar aerialway there.

Even if a rest area exists, that does not always mean that they are open if they are fenced off (e.g. osm.org/#map=19/38.37167/23.28366). In which case you would use something like disused:highway=rest_area and disused:amenity=parking instead. See: osm.wiki/wiki/disused

I think it is only a fraction of all the woodland around the area. It takes a long time just to map a small area of woodland when it is so patchy.

As we have not heard from you in a timely manner, we have reason to believe that a number of your changesets in the Hellinkon area are disruptive, and I have referred this matter to the DWG for the activation of the repair bot.

Oh, I forgot, I extended the translated name in Macedonian for the A1, for consistency's sake.

Okay, here is a replacement comment on your changesets: please double check if the parking rest areas are actually open, because Mapillary reports that some of them are closed and fenced-off.

Actually, scrap the above. My mistake there, sorry. I think there was some confusion with highway=motorway_junction.

71653669 almost 6 years ago

The service area nodes should be on where the slip road leaves the motorway, like in the junctions.

The revert is not working because you missed out the ways and relations, but don't worry, I have asked the DWG to help you (ticket #2020031610000088).

Yes, I know JayCBR meant well, since it was Rick Sanchez C-137 that sort of jumped the gun in the north. ;-)

I think the Greek road authorities have some responsibility in not taking road numbers seriously. This is why there is so much confusion, especially with a user taking JayCBR's numbering idea seriously.

Hi woodpeck, since I emailed the DWG, I found evidence that the edits may be fictitious: see https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=777657#p777657 for details.

Not again… the source was supposed to be Bing Aerial Imagery.

To be honest, I do not know why you are worried about a 4-year old edit that reflected the situation at the time, with clear evidence of devolution: if any station on the Shenfield line had started serving GA or GWR trains again, then add National Rail back into the network tag. You don't need to ask me.

31596215 about 6 years ago

No, not 2818, 2018!

31596215 about 6 years ago

If I recall correctly, TfL does not use the National Rail symbol for stations that only serve TfL services. There is a clear tendency for TfL to set their services (Overground and Crossrail) apart from the rest of National Rail. Of course, we expected back in 2015 that Crossrail would open in 2818.

Hi, I'm not an OpenStreetMap moderator, so if you have concerns about jepee’s edits please leave a comment in the changeset that you linked to, and if you get no answer from jepee, ask the DWG for assistance.

Yeah, that was the editor going haywire. I fixed it now.
