This is the only time I've seen an entire station mapped as a platform. My understanding of a railway platform would limit this to what is along the tracks, north side of Smith Road.

Hi. I just updated these streets to OSM standards: dropped the "N" (but added "North" for alt_name) and spelled out abbreviations, surface=paved, and removed redundant nodes on straight stretches of ways that have curves. Your comment says "removing roads"; do you mean removing certain attributes not used by OSM? Was this done as an import from City and County of Denver GIS data? Tags says imagery_used = Bing aerial imagery. Just looking for clarification and information. Thanks

Hi, Alaska Dave. I suppose you could call me Colorado Dave. :)

I am questioning this one-way cycle path along NE-bound AK 1. I can find no evidence that there is a separate path along the highway, and certainly not one-way. I see that bicycles are allowed on the shoulders, including AK-3, as far as Trunk Road, I believe, and then bikers must use a separate path. So, what's the story with this? Should be interesting. I know the imagery is not current, not even the Esri.

I assume you chose landuse=military for lack of a better key and tag. I would have used landuse=industrial. I also noticed that the main NREL area in Golden lacks a boundary polygon.

I've been doing a lot of editing on and near CO 470 (C-470) lately and noticed most Exit Numbers were missing. Confusing story: a company contracting with CDOT added a bunch of blue services signs a few years ago (the ones with the paid advertiser logos on them) and they all had Exit Number tabs on them, but the big green signs (BGS) did NOT have Exit Number tabs added. I started to add them and then found out that CDOT wasn't going to add Exit Numbers to the exits and would remove the Exit Number tabs from the blue signs, which they did, and I made a note of it in a later edit session.

However, NOW they have added Exit Numbers! Some are not yet signed in the area of the C-470 Express Lanes expansion project (from Wadsworth Boulevard to I-25).

I had not known of the junction:ref tag for motorway links until now. I will start doing that from now on, where Exit Numbers exist.

I didn't know that they had been edited by anyone at Telenav, as I don't always check the history of a way. Did I make some mistakes? Did I delete junction:ref tags? ( I don't recall ever seeing any). I also noticed that some Exit Numbers had been added, but it was sporadic, not consistent. I have corrected that.

Anything else?

Thanks

David

Why is I-15 in Mesquite mapped as Trunk instead of Motorway?

I have taken care of it.

Yes, it is still a building but has boarded up windows and uncut grass and weeds all around it. I assume it's just a matter of time until it's gone. Maybe they'll even re-align South Wabash Street, although they probably like the sharp curves because they make people slow down by the school!

Building is still there but appears abandoned. I probably shouldn't have tagged it as such, but didn't know of a better alternative other than building=yes. Can you suggest something else? I also assume it will be demolished eventually.

You just changed everything I recently did there. I also used Mapbox Satellite imagery, as you say you have. But you seem to have reverted it to an older, now obsolete configuration. The only NY 17 West flyover now open is the one where you have to bear to the right, NOT left (that's the old one).

Do you live in the area? I have a friend who lives over the state line in PA who sometimes goes up to Binghamton. And I've been recently trying to update things around there as the construction project continues. This started with an email I read on the OSM-US mailing list. Are you aware of what I'm talking about?

I am not local in Binghamton (I'm in Denver) but the best information I've seen shows that I-86 presently ends at the cloverleaf-like interchange at the SE corner of this changeset. Apparently once the Mount Prospect (Prospect Mountain?) Interchange is rebuilt, NY 17 will get the I-86 shield along this stretch (not sure how far west though). Could you double-check?

I don't really remember that particular street. I might have seen a street sign; sometimes they get put up even before the street opens. Or maybe Douglas County GIS.

I was just checking to see if there was any "current" mapping I could do here and I see you're on top of it. Good! I assume certain segments of certain streets will be closed long-term or short-term and probably should be mapped to show that.

Wow. That was almost 5 years ago. Time flies. I live in far SE Denver and sometimes make trips to Castle Rock for mapping and recreation. I don't specifically recall this street, but I probably saw it when I was there.

Well, if you ask me the Address IS the feature. A row of townhomes is considered one building but has a range of addresses from one end of the building to the other. Based on what I read about addr:interpolation, this should not be a problem. And the rendering is what I would expect and prefer. Do I just need to add a building=terrace or building=residential tag to each address or what? Seems redundant since there is a separate feature (building=terrace) for each row of townhomes.

57072832 almost 8 years ago

Could you please tell me exactly what is wrong with this node, which I recently added? Note that it is connected to another similar node (addresses of end-unit townhomes). I also had started adding a few of the buildings in this development.

Node: 5474276570

no_feature_tag_nodes?????

I guess I don't get it.

I had finished Hampden Village; however, I think I will re-do a bit: delete addr:unit key and add addr:housename to replace it. From what I've seen that's preferred. Right? And it certainly looks better when rendered.

Did you also notice when they were created and that only a few of the apartment buildings in that complex had them? That's because it's a work in progress. Please check with me before deleting or editing things I am in the middle of working on.
