As I have not seen a speed limit sign of 20mph, that tag should likely be removed. The speed limit of Dyckman Street should be 25mph as that is speed limit of NYC. The only sign I have seen is a yellow one next to a speed bump sign and that is not a limit but a suggestion.

Ok, I found out the the marina toilet the parks guy told me about was locked at 1:45pm so I assume its seasonal. Should I put a fixme tag there also. Like parks water fountains, toilets in unheated buildings are never unlocked between frost dates. Generally parks toilet hours are capricious. They are unlocked and locked at unexpected times. I tried this toilet in the Parks building at about 4pm when I expected it should be unlocked and it was locked.

I'll check it out. There are three bridges there. There are no signs indicating max height. At the first two bridges there was incredible clearance but at the last there should have been a clearance sign but then it goes into a dead end and I'd guess no trucks ever go there, though it would be a great place to go to turn around.

There was a tag that said height=default. I removed it. Wouldn't have seen it if I hadn't been looking at the OSMCha view. Also that street is marked as 20mph. That's news to me. I'll look tomorrow.

I modified the stairs feature.

There are weird stairs. The risers are concrete but in between the risers is probably 4 ft path of fine gravel. It's not steep. Should I put this in the description or a note or both?

Ref would work.

Every place I've ever seen out falls named they've used that type of name. Ref would also work.

Interesting. Street complete first asked about signage and I didn't see any. Then it wanted to know how high a truck could be for a particular bridge. That max height does very because some of the bridges are very high and one is not. It didn't occur to me that the answer was applying to all of Dyckman Street.

These photos are loaded into Imgur by MapComplete and Imgur doesn't read metadata which means that if I take a photo with my phone in portrait mode, Imgur will show it in Landscape. I think that Wikimedia reads metadata. I have to remember that Imgur is stupid and I have take photos in landscape mode all the time.

Huh? Which end? This implies two separate one way ways. Seems totally redundant if there is only one way.

Done.

I combined the two wikimedia tags into one and removed the _1. The ID editor no longer shows the link option. One photo shows there are six bollards and the other shows location. Since the satellite photo does not show them at all, I'm using the photos as evidence I'm not making this up.

Some steps had them and some didn't. No one puts in steps if there isn't an incline and and the tag seems to imply one direction only which is never the case in this park. The steps are used for going up and down.

I normally take photos at very low res because I take so many and they aren't art shots. Sometimes OSM rotates them based on info in the photo and sometimes it doesn't. I think I tried rotating them first in Windows and then uploading to wikimedia and it made no difference.

Thanks for fixing it.

I noticed with the loc_name tag I could enter Jenny's Garden in the search and it would find it. The alt_name tag didn't do it. That's why I entered the loc_name tag. It does seem unnecessarily duplicative.
