I am aware that you can highlight certain elements and upload only changes to them. I did this for a bulk edit of these churches once. It took over an hour. It is a lot of work for minimal gain (one less changeset showing up in select QA tools).

That would take hours, and to be fair there are changes on most of the planet, maybe just not most of Asia or Africa.

The street signs may be wrong. All the addresses use "Way". I'll contact the ACHD and figure out what the deal is.

I would think the buildings named with only a four digit number are just the housenumber.

Gem Prep Street/College Street is now showing up on the county assessor page as West Gem Prep Street. I'll take that as confirmation.

Some of those proposed names don't sound right. Loop is not an acceptable suffix and several of these are missing predirectionals. Just because the developer submitted them doesn't make them "proposed" in the OSM sense. They will never be built with those names.

Legally, way/866841363 is not a marked crosswalk. "Marked" means something very specific.

Not necessarily, though I am working on it. However, that's a bit of a WIP, with ~50,000 already done but still probably over 150,000 to go. Adding them through SC just duplicates them.

Please square buildings after drawing them by pressing Q or right-clicking and selecting the square option.

Please don't add house numbers in Ada County. They are already all on the map, they just aren't attached to the buildings.

way/1044521608 "North Delehaye Avenue" was recorded in the plat as "North Fisher Park Way".

Please square these parking spaces by pressing Q, and make sure the ends line up. I'll fix these but keep this in mind in the future.

Roads should not be separated unless there is a physical barrier (i.e., not just paint). This makes for a complicated fix. Consider reverting this changeset and reimplementing the other changes.

I'd think way/664548779 should be landuse=education over landuse=school because there are two schools there, and landuse=school implies the existence of a single school. It is an approved tag, just one that doesn't render.

It may have been broken by changeset/121537000, but I'm taking a detailed look.
