That safely falls under the wholesale territory of spam. Three separate features, no descriptive tags, node on highway. Just nuked it.

While working on a SFH subdivision, I recommend tagging the buildings with https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:building=detached first, then limiting the conflation to those. It significantly lowers the number of conflation errors. This can be done pretty fast with the use of filters to hide small buildings.

I mapped a building on Bing Map builder and it was brought to OSM the next day. The changeset comment claims it was manually reviewed, and apparently it was brought over using JOSM. changeset/132926793
