It is just common sense. Marking even a single foot of asphalt as concrete is wrong and devalues other information. I highly doubt others would disagree.

You should not do this. The surface tag should reflect exactly the road segments that have that surface. Split the way if necessary.

Perhaps this was done elsewhere too, but looking at way/10060883 I'm wondering why you removed the TIGER prefix on the zip code tags but left the rest of the key and tag. Also, the surface looks different on aerial than what's given in the tag. What's your source?

URLs should not have tracking parameters. They are useless. Also, this one has a Google Maps tracking parameter. Can you explain why?

I ran the validation and it removed the generic name. No clue why it was marked as a Mormon pharmacy.
