Hallo SafetyIng, im April hast du auf der Contributors-Seite Sachsen-Anhalt hinzugefügt:
Der Text verweist darauf, dass seit dem 01.01 2021 das Landesamt für Vermessung und Geoinformation Sachsen-Anhalt (LVermGeo) Daten unter der Datenlizenz Deutschland – Namensnennung – Version 2.0 bereitstellt, und verweist auf die Nutzungsbedingungen des LVermGeo https://www.lvermgeo.sachsen-anhalt.de/de/nutzungsbedingungen.html
Bekanntlich ist die DL-DD-BY2.0 mit OSM inkompatibel, und beim Studium der Nutzungsbedingungen finde ich die üblichen Anforderungen zur Namensnennung, ohne die für OSM erforderliche Ausnahme, diese Nennung auch an anderer geeigneter Stelle anzubringen.
Du importierst auch schon fleissig Daten des Landesamtes.
Habe ich in den Nutzungsbedingungen den Lex OSM übersehen, oder gibt es die Genehmigung auf anderem Wege? --Polarbear w (talk) 11:42, 29 May 2021 (UTC)

- Allgemein Befürworte ich es, dass man erstmal auf einem Weg Kontakt aufnimmt, und ich nicht gleichzeitig 3 Richtungen bespielen muss. Ansonsten ist bisher in https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/105513791 der aktuelle Stand abgebildet. --SafetyIng (talk) 18:32, 29 May 2021 (UTC)
- @SafetyIng, ich habe dich an den Stellen angesprochen, an denen du aktiv geworden bist, also als CS-Kommentar und hier im Wiki in Bezug auf deine erhebliche Veränderung auf der Contributor-Seite. Ich fasse deine Antwort im Changeset daher hier zusammen, dass der OSM-community die notwendige Genehmigung, die DL-DD-BY2.0 auch unter den Bedingungen von OSM nutzen zu können, noch nicht vorliegt. Dokumentation neuer tag-Werte für "sport"
Bei den Dokumentationen neuer Werte für sport=* ist mir aufgefallen, dass diese noch nicht in der Datenbank vorkommen. Z.B. sport=longbowl oder sport=seatball. Auch wenn vielleicht in Kürze einzelne vorhanden sind, sehe ich hier noch keinen Status "in use". Es gibt eigentlich noch keinen Status. Entsprechend sollte auch keiner gesetzt werden. Ist das OK? Für mich passt ein Status "in use" erst bei deutlich 2-stelligen Vorkommen, oder sogar erst bei 3-stellig. Das hängt auch vom Merkmal ab. --Chris2map (talk) 19:45, 12 July 2025 (UTC)
@Chris2map: - meinetwegen gerne; ich habe mal gesagt bekommen, Status soll man setzen, und "in use" ist für alles, was entsprechend irgendwo genutzt wird und da ich gerade einen Entwurf fertig mache, wo dies als ein Key nutze. Mir soll es recht sein, kannst gerne das in use auch raus nehmen. --SafetyIng (talk) 07:25, 13 July 2025 (UTC)

Or is it copied from some other place (which one?)?
Please, add this info to the file page - something like "I took this photo" or "downloaded from -website link-".
In case that you are the author of the file: Would you agree to open licensing of this file, allowing its use by anyone (similarly to your OSM edits)?
Would you be OK with CC0 (it allows use without attribution or any other requirement)?
Or do you prefer to require attribution and some other things using CC-BY-SA-4.0?
If you are the author: Please add {{CC0-self}} to the file page to publish the image under CC0 license.
You can also use {{CC-BY-SA-4.0-self}} to publish under CC-BY-SA-4.0 license.
Note that in cases where file is a screenshot of some software interface: usually it is needed to handle also copyright of software itself.
Note that in cases where aerial imagery is present: also licensing of an aerial imagery matter.
