For documentation purposes, here is an incomplete selection of (partly experimental) taggings that I proposed, modified and pushed or I am just using for specific purposes:

parking=on_kerb parking=half_on_kerb parking=shoulder	Approved parking values according to the street parking schema (see above).
parking:orientation=* parking:position=* parking:residents=*	Several tags to allow mapping the properties of separately mapped (street side) parking areas, such as the orientation (of the parked cars), position (e.g. on kerb) or designated residents' parking zone. (Replaced by street parking revision, see above.)
parking:*:width:on_kerb=* parking:*:width:lane=*	To map how far vehicles that are allowed to park "half" on the kerb are exactly parking on the carriageway or kerb (see for example here: MapillaryOSM).
obstacle:parking=yes	To indicate street furniture features and other objects that are located in a parking area (e.g. at on kerb parking).
location=median location=lane_centre	To specify that a parking feature is located on the median/middle stripe of a street or in the middle of the carriageway (where the moving traffic is guided around).
cycle_barrier=* cycle_barrier:installation=* spacing=* opening=* overlap=* corners=* deflection=*	Approved Proposal for advanced cycle barrier tagging.
separation=* marking=* traffic_mode=*	(Proposed) to specify the demarcation/separation of a cycleway to neighboring road users, e.g. to map Protected Bike Lanes.
amenity=mobility_hub	(Proposed) for areas/spaces/locations, where different types of mobility, especially different sharing systems, are available at one central point.
is_sidepath=yes is_sidepath:of=* is_sidepath:of:name=*	(Proposed) to indicate whether a way (in particular a cycle way or foot path) is attendant to/part of a road or runs independent without any relationship to a road (and to adopt important street properties on sidewalks or roadside cycleways).
bicycle_parking:position=*	(Proposed) to indicate the location of bicycle stands more precisely.
amenity=cyclist_leaning_rail	(Proposed) For leaning rails/waiting boards for cyclists at traffic lights.
width:effective=*	Effective useable width of a road for motorised traffic. This corresponds to the total width of the carriageway (width:carriageway=*) minus parking lanes, cycleways, etc.
barrier=collision_protection collision_protection=*	For mapping and categorize collision protection objects, e.g. tree protection bars.
crossing:kerb_extension=*	To specify whether there is a kerb extension at a road crossing (see here).
crossing:buffer_marking=* crossing:buffer_protection=*	To specify whether there is a marking or other buffering protection at the edge/kerb of the road at a crossing, e.g. to prevent cars from parking and to make crossing more safety (see here).
traffic_calming=kerb_extension	For stand-alone kerb extensions that are not part of a crossing (Example).
barrier=parking_lane	On nodes on (unmarked/informal) crossings, mostly at T-junctions, if the walkway passes through a row of parked vehicles. This may indicate that wheelchair users or, for example, cargo bikes may not be able to use this path.
barrier=barrier_board + traffic_sign=DE:600	For a kind of traffic barrier (de: "Absperrschranke").
lane_markings:junction=yes lane_markings:crossing=yes	To indicate that road markings are also visible in junction/crossing areas (area:highway=* + junction=yes or area:highway=* + crossing=*).
crossing:direction:angle=*	(experimental) To indicate the absolute angle at which a crossing crosses a road (if the markings are not perpendicular to the roadway).
landuse=tree_pit	For mapping tree pits, the area around (urban/street) trees (see DE:Wikipedia)
bicycle_rental=institutional	For the sites of an institutionally linked cycle sharing system where the individual location is not a stand-alone cycle rental facility or station, but where the sharing is regular and official, but among other activities at this location.
amenity=loading_ramp	For kerb ramps/transportation ramps (see here).

Undocumented tags in use which I support:

highway=traffic_sign	For indicating on nodes, that they represent traffic signs as an object (independent of its meaning).
amenity=traffic_park traffic_park=bicycle traffic_park:for=child	For traffic parks for children traffic training (see here).
street:name=* parking:street_side:of=* parking:street_side:of:name=*	To explicitely attach the street name to separately mapped street-related features (like parking bays/street side parking areas).
width:carriageway=*	To specify the width of a road from kerb to kerb (meanwhile documented here).Replaced by just using width=* since there is a StreetComplete quest that has set a standard with this.
