Runway threshold lighting is used to highlight the start of the usable runway for landing during periods of darkness or restricted visibility conditions. It is a row of green directional lights at the runway threshold facing the approaching aircraft. Sometimes there is a gap in the center of the threshold lighting.

Note that the runway threshold lights and runway end lights do not coincide if the runway has a Displaced threshold.

How to map

Set a node node where the light is and add aeroway=navigationaid + navigationaid=rwt
