Runway end lighting is used to highlight the end of the usable runway for takeoff and landing during periods of darkness or restricted visibility conditions. It is a row of red directional lights at the end of the runway facing the aircraft on the runway. Sometimes there is a gap in the center of the runway end lighting.
How to map
Set a node 
where the light is and add aeroway=navigationaid + navigationaid=rel
