By the way, zařízení is also instituce. From Institute of the Czech Language:

zařízení - organizační jednotka, útvar, organizace 2, instituce: veřejné, zdravotnické, kulturní zařízení; sociální zařízení--Oivo357 (talk) 08:52, 8 October 2025 (UTC)

In this case, there is no conflict with a similar term describing a machine. Furthermore, "zařízení / device" is correctly used in conjunction with an adjective, not on its own.
