Incorrect item description

OSM Node / Area amenity=toilets. It has an incorrect item description. It uses the location (indoor/outdoor) in combination with how to use the toilet (seating, urinal...). These are two different unrelated parameters: a) where it stands, b) how it is used.

Draft amendment to the English description: Old: Specifies toilet position or seating position. ⇒ New: Specifies the location of toilets and sanitary facilities.
