首先，這個「活動中心」的問題不在於到底位於南港區或汐止區，而是活動中心這個 name 在沒有其他 tag 的情況下，有可能讓一般人誤以為這是一個政府維運的公共活動中心。

如果是整個社區的活動中心，當然也不會在官方的活動中心列表上。

為了避免誤會，可以加上 access tag 或是在 description tag 上加註。

首先，圖磚和資料是不同的東西，OSM 的圖磚以 CC-BY-SA 2.0 釋出，OSM 的資料以 ODbL 釋出。

也就是說，如果前述兩個網站的圖磚伺服器的使用授權不存在或不相容 ODbL 則不應該作為描繪的底圖。
