OpenStreetMap
I am adding various features like pubs, bars, nightclubs, pharmacies, supermarkets and so on and noticed there is a "phone" field. But what about the street number? How do you specify that?
Are there other fields that should go in a thoroughly-specified node (feature/amenity/shop)?

A common concept for street numbers is the “Karlsruhe Schema”[1]. The most relevant tags are:
* addr:housenumber – for a street number
* addr:street – for the name of the street which the house belongs to
If you know how to use relations, you can also use an relation with type=associatedStreet and house and street roles for members.
