What do you think about this tag instead?
vehicle:conditional = destination @ snow
This uses the common conditional tagging. Could you confirm whether it is general access, including foot and horse or for vehicles only?

Hi,
looking at the building you added here: It would be very helpful to stick with normal tags. E.g. all the opening_hour tags can not be understood by any software - they can be combined to one normal opening_hours tag.
'Personne de contact' is better written as contact:name or contact:person
'prac' looks like a note or description to me.
And there is no physical tag what this actually is, despite a office=yes.

when adding tags, please check that there are no spaces in the key. Keys with spaces can not be used by most software.

could you check the node again? Something went wrong there with the tagging, most likely a copy-and-paste error (or you like your name very much ;-) )

Btw, it's best to use the common syntax for opening_hours, this can be read automatically by software:

Das hat jetzt zur Folge, dass die Straße von jedem Router als "frei" erkannt wird. Genauso die beiden überlappenden Wege in Gegenrichtung.
