But I don't see how changing 'id' to 'id:whatever' makes any difference - the data is useless without proper tags and connections to actual objects.

please explain this import of data. I can see several issues here:

- The changeset misses the required link to the documentation and discussion page
- all the objects have many foreign tags that don't look like they should be in OSM, e.g.

Please check these edits.

- they cause a large amount of warnings and errors in the editor
- they have several tags that shouldn't be in OSM
- the source you give is obviously wrong
- please use meaningful changeset comments

I don't think we should start editing these objects.

Most of these objects should be deleted right away: they don't have any valid tag, they overlap with existing roads.

This seems to be an undiscussed, one-time import people lost interest a year ago.

I think 'payment:phone' is what you are looking for. The description is "Payment is possible by calling a dedicated phone number". Maybe the term "phone" isn't a good choice and should be changed? It's not yet in widespread use.

On the other hand the phrase "by phone" describes not a device, but a method, which would fit. I think it's precise enough to not be mistaken for payment via sms or app.

Anyways, if we redefine something, we might want to specify that the value can not only be yes/no but also a phone number.

Regarding mobile_phone and app - I have no idea. It looks like they came into use, and in the end got documented in the Wiki.

I see several issues here:
- street_cabinet shouldn't have a 'type' tag. This is used only on relations.
- what does 'gross_weight' mean? This tag is not used anywhere else
- how does 'rating' fit to a street cabinet? This tag is for power=transformer objects.

E.g. monitoring:Nitrous_Oxide isn't used, but there are several "monitoring:air_quality:NO" already:
