You have added toll gantry information to a motorway exit, using the tag highway=motorway_junction;toll_gantry.

Different features should be tagged on separate objects. For this reason, I have split up the node so that the original node (node/99016139) is only a motorway junction, while the new node (node/12791620531) contains all of your toll gantry information. I have also placed the toll gantry node very close to the motorway junction node.

On this building, you have tagged “highway=2 к8” in addition to the “8 к2” housenumber. highway=* doesn’t belong on buildings as it’s used for roads.
Also, there are duplicated housenumbers: “8 к2” appears on four buildings. Where did you get the housenumbers from?

One question: Is the public (or a delivery driver) allowed to enter Fox Talbot Close if they ring the bell next to the gate? If yes, it’s likely a case for access=destination or access=permissive, NOT access=private.

(access=private means “No trespassing” or “You must be a specific person e.g. with a key to enter here.”)

The issue might be solved by changing “Fox Talbot Close” to access=destination or vehicle=delivery or such.

If yes, this is expected behavior for OSRM and GraphHopper: “Fox Talbot Close” is tagged as private and ignored by these two routers for bicycle/foot routing. And “Epping Close” happens to be closer to the destination than “Baker Street”.

Valhalla does route the correct way:

Excuse me, but “highway=Major Collector” is not a proper road type in OpenStreetMap. Please stick to the well-defined road types you can find at highway=* because these are understood by routing apps and other software (including the map renderer).
I have changed the road back to highway=secondary.
