Very exciting to see this go in the FoHi and Rego Park neighborhood! Thanks for adding

Actually on the 29th (last Friday) I took a video from east side of the interchange approaching Kew Gardens. Only saw pedestrian signs and no bike signs. So from East to West, no bike signs are up

I was there and didn't see a sign offering clear guidance on that. I rode my bike through there and, for the most part, the path is wide enough to accomodate pedestrian and bicycle use. Will try to check again if I get a chance

Care to share where you are getting your sources? This is certainly not a building. Please add objects that can be confirmed by imagery or a survey.

Hi yes I know about that way from surveying. I was traveled by bicycle last year and saw this crossing was installed probably in response to a bicyclist getting killed crossing . I have to revisit because there was a resurfacing planned.

Hey I realized that was going to seem odd. This is a street that was closed off for several weeks. Its a regular 'residential' street but didn't see a construction tag that made perfect sense

Hi David I see you made some changes by the New Hyde Park station. After reading your Changeset it appears you removed the bridge tags but added something to the rail line. Please note that there is no at grade crossing as the road now goes underneath the main line. This change started in 2019 and I believe was finished sometime in 2020. While bridge may not be most accurate the road does go under in Esri imagery

Feel free to remove that and others! You're an active contributor on here so I trust your judgement.

Happy Halloween to you too!

Yeah, they close down this segment of Queens Boulevard for a few hours on Sundays. It also extends onto 70 Avenue but I believe that part is on the sidewalk

Hey there, I'm not trying to win anything. Contributing to OpenStreetMap is something I do voluntarily and not paid by anyone else to do. I was contributing to Wellsboro because I have family here and at the time there wasn't anything mapped.

Maybe you don't get this insight from your friends/colleagues but you come off as a bully. This is particularly a bad look for someone on the OSMF board.

If you had an issue with my edit, you could have simply said that the imagery was poor. Calling my contribution "garbage" is really not how you should start conversations.

And I manually added all those buildings using imagery provided on iD. I didn't automate it, I drew them either on iD or JOSM

64746292 over 4 years ago

Can you please be specific? Garbage? I was in Wellsboro last year and have been there several times so i'm not armchair mapping everything.

Your approach for trying to modify people's edits is laughable. Not gonna win a lot of discussions calling people's contributions "garbage"

Please feel free to change it! I don't think I intentionally moved any of the ways since I was focused strictly on the bus relation.

Thanks for letting me know!

yeah plus what you, Online Class Hero, are doing is not helping to prepare youth for college or trade they may want to do outside of school.

Hello,

You as well as M@YUR and Abhijitbpawar do not seem to be getting the message. These NYC routes are already mapped. Please refrain from adding further unless you have direct proof that anything has been added. What is your motivation for adding duplicate routes? I have added your names to an OSMCha filter to flag for deletion.

You are more than welcome to join a dialogue on the OSM Slack or Discord Server. https://osmus.slack.com/archives/C4DPLAN3U

Hello can you please provide context for why you are duplicating existing bus route relations? Each of your changesets are "New Bus Route" when the proposed bus route redesign has not taken effect. Are you building an app?

Hello,

I noticed you are aggressively adding duplicate bus routes to NYC. Can you please share why you are adding these? Most of the bus routes have been mapped with the format NYCB - (the ref number)(the start point) - (the destination). The proposed bus redesign has not been implemented so as far as I can tell, these routes are not new.

Please provide some context and consider joining the OSM Slack to share your objective. If you do not communicate I will ask the DWG to revert your changesets
