| 168438509 | 6 months ago | Hi I messaged you privately yesterday about footway quality. You seem to be editing a ton of footways in a very short period of time. I have been to this part of Long Beach and there are crossings where you mapped a singular sidewalk. Can you please revisit this changeset and add them in? |
| 111501834 | 6 months ago | I think that's fair but what could you use that land for? Scavenger hunt or geocaching perhaps! :D |
| 111501834 | 6 months ago | Admittedly I have not been by that lot in a couple years. Last time I was, it was not a very inviting and overgrown. If there is updated imagery showing things I have changed I am open to that. |
| 148660280 | almost 2 years ago | That building is new and is definitely taller than 4.7 meters. I didn't have the official records in front of me when I was out surveying. Those are the numbers from the previous building that stood at that spot |
| 141811226 | about 2 years ago | the ones I have seen usually are busy leading up to Halloween and are not busy at other times but the store still serves as costume store

| 140413444 | over 2 years ago | The only node I could see (NODE: 5414847333) actually meets the current definition of the public_transport=stop_position "Defines this point as a stop position of the vehicle."
|
| 140413444 | over 2 years ago | Do you have a specific example which I can refer to? |
| 139319304 | over 2 years ago | It was a place maker from when I was passing through. The current imagery does not reflect the construction extent
|
| 139250333 | over 2 years ago | it is a wheelchair ramp with one less node than it probably should have. It was an attempt at micro mapping the entrance to this building.

| 138274464 | over 2 years ago | No problem! Thank you for mapping kerbs! |
| 138274464 | over 2 years ago | Hello can you please explain what you were doing at 69th Street & 59th Road? I understand you were making edits to the kerb but what is "beauty=k" supposed to mean? See Node: 11034634966 |
| 138112891 | over 2 years ago | so just so i'm clear, it is necessary to have both a node with traffic signal crossing and a way with traffic signal crossing? I can start adding that level of detail if it is helpful
|
| 136638560 | over 2 years ago | so would it be better to have a traffic signal node on Avenue Z and not the intersecting node?
|
| 136475787 | over 2 years ago | you're right. i'll remove it
|
| 134708468 | over 2 years ago | You mean this one? It was a mistake! sorry about that way/1080103286#map=19/40.75657/-73.89550 |
| 134583510 | over 2 years ago | Brandon,
|
| 134664619 | over 2 years ago | I was using the utilsplugin2 tool to generate intersections of the crossings with existing roadways. Where a crossing node existed already, I digitized the new crossing way to intersect those existing nodes. I probably should have squared the intersections too so they look less irregular. The plugin (shift+I) https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help/Plugin/UtilsPlugin2

| 132992566 | almost 3 years ago | my bad! I knew I was saying it wrong :P
|
| 132992566 | almost 3 years ago | you are correct. Usually they are accompanied by signs that read "don't block the box". However since this is considered a 'barn dance' intersection, pedestrians are given the option to cross either parallel to road, perpendicular or at a diagonal. OSM to my knowledge doesn't have a better alternative.

| 86377622 | almost 3 years ago | Hey I got a question regarding the stairs/escalator you tagged. Are these meant for the passengers to transfer from the walkway towards the airtrain to the train platform or from platform to street level? There is only a single staircase and single escalator. I’m not well versed with the later tags so please forgive me |
