Took a first look after fixing a few problems during installation:

* Had to rename "phpMyGPX" to "phpmygpx", which is located in the root directory of my webserver (lighttpd). Seems to be an hardcodes address? Otherwise I receive an 404 error message.
* Had to create the directory "files" manually. Otherwise I receive an "not found" error message.

Actually I find your software quite usefull, especially the OSM overlay. Would love to see some statistics features like http://utrack.crempa.net/ generates.

You could store the OSM map locally on your mobile, e.g. with the Java MIDlet software GPSMid: osm.wiki/GpsMid
There are also others: osm.wiki/Using_Openstreetmap#Displaying_streets_on_a_mobile_phone
