| 162657943 | 6 months ago | Helo Storgar, Features should not be given descriptive names like "Fish and Chips" or just "Shop". Instead, you should search for tag presets shown on the sidebar when you're editing, and fill in the "name" fields in with the name of the business. For example, you can search for "fish and chips" in there, and a preset should come up. Diolch,

| 145554658 | 7 months ago | Should be fixed now - I added "Pond Twym" as an alt name since I do agree with you. Perhaps there used to be a bridge here, as this would be where the "Pont" would come from. I've never heard it be called any kind of llyn/pwll/etc either |
| 145554658 | 7 months ago | Hi there, I live locally and I grew up with my parents calling it Pont Twym (with a T), not once have I heard it being Pond (with a D) personally but I can also see it being used. Thanks for the note about the OSM key - I can fix that when I get home. I always get that mixed up |
| 167027466 | 7 months ago | Hi there, I'm not the one who started the project unfortunately and all I do is contribute, but you can try and ask? Ceirios |
| 162576052 | 7 months ago | whoops, i had a feeling it looked a bit weird - thank you! will delete it now |
| 166677100 | 7 months ago | oops, this was meant to say "remove temporary feature" |
| 166579637 | 7 months ago | likely, but they could be reused for other bus routes if there are any - i don't live locally so i can't check |
| 32172898 | 7 months ago | done - diolch a lot of bus routes will be very outdated - this one was added 10 years ago |
| 32172898 | 7 months ago | delete it if you're sure it doesn't exist

| 164052357 | 9 months ago | Pnawn da Mark, For the gaps, you can use area:highway=* areas to cover the roads (area:highway=*) if you prefer! You can then stick these to other areas with no issues. As for your question, I've been labelling these as farmyards if I can see a name on either the OS OpenData StreetView (April 2016) or OS OpenMap Local (October 2024) layers - you can also add garden areas themselves on top of the farmyards for more detailed mapping. Hope this helps,

| 164052357 | 9 months ago | Hi Mark, Croeso i OpenStreetMap! I just want to advise you not to stick landuse (woodlands, farmlands, etc) to any roads or administrative boundaries if possible because it does make things a bit annoying to edit down the line Cofion gorau,

| 155162807 | about 1 year ago | Nope. We take the English name usually if there isn’t a Welsh one in use, and these usually withstand mutation too. |
| 155162807 | about 1 year ago | Sorry for commenting 4 months later, but the name:cy fields you filled are definitely not Welsh. The spelling and pronunciation is nowere near similar. |
| 159435473 | about 1 year ago | Oops, you're right! Feel free to revert and change the correct one. But bear in mind this change has only just been approved, so it will take some time for signage to be updated - councils typically take a while if the signs are in good condition. |
| 156070024 | about 1 year ago | Hi there You added strips of 'natural=wood' areas near the Hadyn Ellis building These are not forests, and should be done as barrier=hedge lines. I suggest you read the Wiki page for natural=wood for more information:
Happy mapping
