Hello! Please do not add multilingual names in the name tag. Please refer to osm.wiki/India#Naming_in_different_scripts_and_languages

Marathi should go in name:mr, Hindi should go into name:hi and so on. While I do understand that Marathi is the primary language in Pune, and in Maharashtra, correctly tagging names helps a lot to take osm data and make multilingual maps. I have corrected Pune University according to these norms, but please do take care to add data in designated multilingual tags.

Also, thank you for the multilingual data! We need more Marathi names to be added in Pune :)

Your edits covered my area of interest, along with several other points on the other side of the world, meaning that they were not targeted towards a specific geography. The first place I turned to in order to understand what changed, was the changeset comment, which did not mention explain what was the reason which warranted Multi-continent level changes. Hence the question, and hence my conclusion that the changes did not have a pattern to them, and were therefore, random. If that implies that I am opinionated, then so be it. I have no interest in getting into a pedantic argument with a stranger on the internet, so this will be my last comment on this changeset. We are all part of the same community and it’s important that we be transparent about what we’re doing so that others, especially local mappers, understand what is being changed in their surroundings.

Since you’ve not specified what you’ve done, I have every right to make my own conclusions.

Thanks a lot for these edits! It feels fantastic to have these little things mapped out that seem insignificant in the larger scope of things but are so important to local communities.

1. Since you've requested a review, please keep your changesets geographically smaller. Here, it would have been better if you edited trailes in vetal tedki separately, and taljai separately.
2. Pay attention to the warnings and errors. RIght now, it shows warnings:disconnected_way:highway 4 -> these will show up when you commit your changeset. Please try and resolve these before committing.

JM road is split into multiple ways to accommodate change restrictions, it seems. The road will still be visible - but this changeset may not be the right place to discuss this. Could you send me a message on my osm id?

Why have you changed building=apartments to building=yes? The original tag was clearly correct.

Please use amenity=school to tag schools. osm.wiki/Education_features
