| 131548872 | almost 3 years ago | To add to previous comments, I have fixed the road issue in this changeset because it could affect routing applications:changeset/131868508. @miloneevyas19 - please be careful with your edits and do not ignore warnings and errors. |
| 129379726 | almost 3 years ago | Again, you've added random features. Why? There's no farm here. Please only add things that exist. |
| 129391489 | almost 3 years ago | Welcome to OSM. I see you've been making edits, but why are your edits spread across such a large area? Also, what does 'Answer3' mean? Why have you ignored the warnings made by OSM? |
| 125146690 | almost 3 years ago | Hi! Welcome to OSM. It's great that you're adding buildings and other details to OSM. However, there are quite a few buildings which have been drawn very strangely. For example,

| 130643475 | almost 3 years ago | Hi! Thanks for your contributions to OSM. Why have you changed the classification for this way to Residential from Tertiary? Please read the highway tagging schema for India: osm.wiki/India/Tags/Highway |
| 130366607 | almost 3 years ago | Hey there! I agree with keeping changesets small. The change I made was basically trying to revert fictional changes made by another user, which spanned a region in my city. Did not realise that the changeset made by the previous user extended across such a large extent. Given the nature of changes which led me to revert, it is safe to assume that the original changesets were of a bad nature. |
| 128718298 | about 3 years ago | Welcome to OSM! Why have you moved a bus stop to an incorrect location, and added points with random numbers? |
| 128718668 | about 3 years ago | Hi there! Welcome to OpenStreetMap! I see that you've made edits in the map, and that's great but all of your edits do not add value to the map, do not follow tagging conventions or are downright fictional. I'm reverting your changes, but please go through guidelines on https://learnosm.org/en/ before you make changes in the future. Also, kindly approach the OSM community if you have questions. |
| 130139720 | about 3 years ago | Kindly remove this bad edit at the earliest, else if you are not sure - happy to do it for you. |
| 130139720 | about 3 years ago | Welcome to OpenStreetMap! I see that you've added a waterway, which does not exist and has created multiple tags that don't exist. Since OSM is used by many different users for critical use cases such as routing and map tiles, it is important that you only add information you know is to be true and is valid. Please go through https://learnosm.org/en/beginner/ if you have not already. Your changeset comment "dm&g sa" also does not provide any information about what you are actually editing. Please go through good practice guidelines: osm.wiki/Good_practice#Good_changeset_comments |
| 128718343 | about 3 years ago | Why have you added all names in CAPS? Most of these already exist in the database - why have they been duplicated? |
| 128716957 | about 3 years ago | Hello! Again, almost every single added point already has a POI present there. You have also marked several points as "Hospital". Why is that? If you know a hospital exists at that location, why have you not added the name? If you do not know the name, why state the name as "Hospital"? |
| 129387400 | about 3 years ago | Hello. You seem to have added a false hospital of name 'ddddd'. Why is that? What is the point of adding fake data to the map? Please remove the point, or add correct information. |
| 128718317 | about 3 years ago | I've noticed that you've added POIs right next to existing POIs. Why is that? If there was additional information that could have been added to the POIs, why was that not done instead? Please go through osm.wiki/Beginners%27_guide |
| 128717844 | about 3 years ago | I've noticed that you've added POIs right next to existing POIs. Why is that? If there was additional information that could have been added to the POIs, why was that not done instead? Please go through osm.wiki/Beginners%27_guide |
| 128719448 | about 3 years ago | Hello, and welcome to OSM. I see that you've been adding a lot of data, which is good. However, almost all of the edits are of bad quality, such as buildings added on top of existing buildings, spelling mistakes in names, roads being moved around, and buildings being of random shapes, not squared off or going over roads. You don't see this in real life, do you? Please go through the OSM beginners guide: https://learnosm.org/en/beginner/ If you have questions on how you should make edits, please approach the community: https://community.osm.be/resources/asia/india/ Remember that this is a shared space and the map is used by everyone in that area, and also for use cases such as navigation. It is therefore critical that the changes we make to the map are in good faith and helpful. I've reverted many of the changes you made which had damaged the existing map, but I suggest you go through them and ask yourself - is this making the map better? |
| 128213325 | about 3 years ago | Hi nafis21
What does the source = stackbox mean? Is this source open and verifiable? Is this an organised editing effort? If so, who is in charge of the activity? |
| 128272820 | about 3 years ago | Hi Kanhaia
Also, all changeset comments just seem to say StackBOX. What does this mean? Please go through the OSM guidelines on changeset guidelines: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments#:~:text=A%20good%20changeset%20comment%20should,have%20edited%20on%20the%20map. Also, I notice that StackBox seems to be a company. In this case, please follow the organised editing guidelines if there are multiple people editing OSM as part of an organised editing group: osm.wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines |
| 88657440 | about 3 years ago | This is not a swamp area. I see similar random landcover marked nearby. Since what is drawn here does not match ground reality, I'm reverting edits which do not match ground reality in this area. Can you provide an explanation about why these edits were made? |
| 126505097 | about 3 years ago | Hello
Also, I noticed all of your changeset comments say "newedit". That is not a descriptive changeset comment. You should always describe what you are editing, why you are editing, etc. Please read through osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments to understand how to add meaningful changeset comments. Remember that OSM is a community effort, and is used by millions of people, companies and organisations worldwide so it is important that your contributions are meaningful. If you are not sure of how to proceed, please approach the OSM India community https://community.osm.be/resources/asia/india/ |
