This parking is not operated by SNCB.
It's a deduction from an incorrect geolocate data in Velopark.

The bicycle parking : https://data.velopark.be/data/NMBS_711is situated on the station : when comming from Point vélo - Fietspunt entrance (Putterie) (node/306138143) few meters after it's on the right ( near the blue bike key disposal).

The operator is even not SNCB : they own the facility (it's on data) and the operator was Cyclo when i still rented a place there (3 years ago) (in Velopark data they call them "Derde - Fietspunt" but it's of course not the name of the operator).
