BTW : i don't understand the use of bicycle=no on highway=crossing (espacialy in the east part comming from enseignements to Louvain)

bicycle=no is part of Group: restrictions according to wiki and in Belgium it's 100 % legal to use crossings with bicycle . Not a big deal as it's don't realy affect good routers behaviour and anyway rest are footway but it's imho superflous and dont' reflect legal use in Belgium.
