Not looking at the other changes in this changeset, but from imagery it looks like the footway (way/687931414 etc) you traced along a lot of Combidiban Creek might actually *be* Combidiban Creek with the other existing way being an approximation. Have you surveyed the location?

In this changeset you removed some of the details for Dogwood Bed and Breakfast - I added those tags today after removing some apparent vandalism. According to their website (linked as a tag on the building area) they are still active in this location. Do you have evidence to suggest otherwise?

It appears that this is the location of a Bed and Breakfast - the park you added doesn't cover the whole grounds and partially intersected the building. Your account is not the only one making changes to this location as well, the mapper "harryrooster1990" has also used paths to write their name amoung other changes in this same location.

If you are trying to add something legitimate here, please feel free to shoot me a message and I'll help you add it to the map correctly :)

If the parks in this area are operated by Baltimore County Park and Recreation, you need to map the parks themselves, not change entire huge residential areas and schools into parks.

You probably only want to map the park as one area. It's a little unusual for a park to be private, but not unheard of - you may want to mark it as such so people don't just see it on the map and turn up (maybe access=private - though I'm not sure of the exact rules for the location in this case)

If there is a pond, it's fine to add it, but the one you added was practically in the building - you'll want to double check the location to make sure it ends up in the right place.

Being a Recreation Ground typically implies that a location might contain outdoor sports pitches, nets or so on. If this is just a maintained grassy area, you can probably just tag it as landuse=grass or similar.

Please do not make fantasy modifications to OSM.

Thanks for your recent additions - in this changeset you appear to have added a heap of detail to the park you worked on which is awesome, but you also deleted the larger park area covering the whole space... is each section of the larger park really its own distinct park? You might be better off keeping the larger park area and then it with other features like landuse=grass, leisure=playground or leisure=garden as appropriate :)
