Way: 146997564 appears to be wrong to me.
There is a cross over between the two lines t allow emergency access, but this line does not allow that .. it comes to a point .. that would not allow a train to cross over.

The next bit of the problem .. it is tagged railway=rail, the new line is tagged railway=subway.

The preexisting way should be edited .. not simply overlayed.

What is the source for natural=scrub for the park 'Bullocky's rest'?

Chasely Park ... are the tress really used by humans for some productive purpose? Or did you mean to tag it natural=wood?

Trees and scrub don't normally stop and start at park boundaries. Another thing to consider is the guide - one feature= one OSM entry. Chasely Park is not all covered by trees ..

The relation/9020297 has no informative tags (in other words - what is it???). It serves no purpose. And the outer way is not closed.
The relation/9022560 also has no informative tags. And it only has one member.

The pools are not being rendered - because they are coved by your concrete paths.

I have simplified this to one relation only!

What I would do:
Edit the one relation for the concrete paths .. using one outer way. Then in the relation include each pool as an inner.

Use the remaining relation/9031583 as an example to follow - needs to be expanded to include the other pools and walk ways.

Do not us the tag area=yes. Not needed and confuses things.

The name tag is for the name only, use the description tag for a description.

This is the 'Story Trail' .. a small section of the 'Bundian Way'.
I have renamed it.
And made a route relation for the Bundian Way ... it uses the existing roads .. hopefully some one wil walk the path (off the roads) and update OSM with a gps track.

Removing way/183151817 has made Relation: Wollundry Lagoon Wildlife Reserve (2438039) faulty - unclosed.
I looked at it with the LPI Base Map and made a simple boundary using that as a guide.
My problems/questions are;
Is the name correct? a wildlife refuge?
Is it really a refuge .. or a park as the council has it on their website?
I have included the water itself as part of the thing (whatever it is) as I think that is more correct than excluding it.
Go with whatever you think is correct or use local signs if possible.

Is the Eureka track actually separate from Whitefield and Esmond Streets ? Looks to be the same in imagery.
I does look like the Eureka Track would be better as a route relation incorporating those streets and the other ways all in one.

Re Way: Tallawong Station Parking (618483697).
The parking area does not extend out to the road nor the cycleway. It has a smaller area and ideally should be mapped as such. I have reduced it accordingly.

The crossing with a pedestrian refuge ... that is not how to do it. Split the road around the refuge and place a node for each zebra crossing.

The route 'nettii should be in a relation. It uses at least 2 tracks .. not paths.

I have removed the path sections that over lap the tracks.
