In changeset/117437091 I've removed alt_name:ar and set name:ar back to the version from changeset/107272257 which better represents the current political and geographical situation.

117434185 almost 4 years ago

For the avoidance of doubt - this place has _never_ been a country in OSM. It has always been admin level 3, representing a disuted territory.
However, here you have changed the alt_name:ar from an Arabic name to an English one, which is clearly rubbish.
You have been warned before (see osm.org/user_blocks/1194 ) not to make sensitive changes without discussion.

I haven't seen Victoria Vaults open but it's in all the local gig guides again and the blackboard outside is updated so I assume it is.

Hello,
Just checking - is Cote open again now? I think so, based on what it looked like when I last walked past it, but wanted to check with you as you've updated it recently. It still has "opening_hours:covid19 = closed" set.

Andy

Being discussed on talk-gb at https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-gb/2022-February/028659.html .

"pitch=line" has been used: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1g6k but there isn't widespread support of that.

116871181 almost 4 years ago

@Central America Please don't do this! In no way could relation/13747535 be though of as a "pitch" The actual pitch is the area of the tennis court. See leisure=pitch#Tennis_court . If you'd like to add the lines, try asking on the tagging list - I'm sure it's been discussed previously.

The amount of brown earth behind the "wickets" on the Maxar imagery doesn't really fit with a cricket pitch, but I've no idea what it might be.

Hello,
I've added way/1026379458 back to relation/10410519 so that it matches how it was before - https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1g1Q - hope this is OK.
I've also filled in the gap in Moor Lane that had appeared: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1g1R .

Andy

Hello,
If node/8811781823/history is actually a "zero_waste" shop you might want to add a "zero_waste=yes" or "zero_waste=only" tag to it.

Andy

Yes - no problem - will do!

Hei Muukkaaja,

Parhain terveisin
Andy Townsend, OSM:n tietotyöryhmän puolesta

Hello Muokkaaja,

I hope you don't mind me asking about an edit from 9 years ago. On this changeset you added a "source=google street view" tag on the node node/376824623/history . We can't actually use that as a source in OSM because the Google's licence doesn't allow it to be used here - it would cause real problems for the project if we were found to be using Google Maps as a source.
If this is somewhere that you are familiar with, then "source=local_knowledge" would be perfectly OK.

Ahoj piráte21,

Do této sady změn jste přidali značku „source=Google“ do uzlu node/2344317894/history .

Andy Townsend, w imieniu Grupy Roboczej ds. Danych OSM
