Normally I'd use SomeoneElse_Revert for DWG changes like this prior to redacting.

Actually, source also includes some other photographs, and a bit of video from the other end.

Hello,
You've added way/848265422 here, but it seems to be mostly a duplicate of part of way/32553304 .
I'll tidy it up, but please do try and be careful!
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello,
What imagery was the source of way/831733270 ? It doesn't seem to match anything?
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello Engidata User,
Before doing anything else, I'd suggest talking to other people about what you are trying to do here: https://community.openstreetmap.org/tags/c/communities/osm-africa/39/lesotho .
Best Regards,
Andy

Hello Engidata User,
I can revert the accidental additions for you. I'll do that first and will then give some help about what to do next.
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM's Data Working Group.

Please use better changeset comments than simply "fix".

Which ancient Romans did you interview to get the new name? :)

What would you like documentary evidence of? That a fellow mapper said "look out for the green gates - you'll see them where the Derwent Aqueduct goes" and that I found that to be true myself by mapping in many places along its length. The "documentary evidence" of the latter is that I thought it was worthwhile recording where these characteristic green gates were. I'd agree that it'd make sense to harmonise the keys used of the 3 or 4 at https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=derwent+aqueduct#values , but they are absolutely a thing.

You would be wrong to do so.

Naturally; you've likely never seen one :)

It's a characteristic green metal gate used for access along the length of the Derwent Aqueduct. Once you spot them, it's a big clue that the Derwent Aqueduct is there: https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6906687 is an example.

Thanks for trying to sort this out! If it helps, https://github.com/SomeoneElseOSM/database_qa_scripts/blob/main/osm_ldp3#L119 was the full list of _9_ different NCN1s that I was aware of. I'll update that when you've finished tidying, of course - just linking to it in case it's helpful.

This also includes footpaths etc. from Riccall towards Stillingfleet.

Re "Previous language was given by error and not exists." if you have personally surveyed somewhere, do not include it in a mechanical edit. Update it in a changeset with "source=survey". Even better, link to a photograph, perhaps added via StreetComplete.

Thanks - based on the info we have, that looks about right to me!
