In my opinion, this changeset is of a fair size, since I only edited objects in france and that is what the changeset spans. Is there a wiki page or local consensus of when a changeset becomes a problematic size? |

I downloaded all the objects with man_made=communications_tower and changed any that I found didn’t meet this specification. |
