| Multiple user accounts in JOSM | When I’m changing accounts, it’s right after I make edits with the first account. I feel that the time it would take to close the program and relaunch it would be slower than just typing in the login once more. The feature I’d really like to have is if the devs added a list of accounts logged in and you could just open settings and select one from the list. |

| Multiple user accounts in JOSM | so, to switch the accounts you just run the script? I frequently have to switch accounts when editing, and I’d love to see a solution beyond typing in my login in basic authentication. |

| Using drawing tablets to improve mapping productivity | How well does panning the map work? |

| Using HIFLD dataset in JOSM to find unmapped Hospitals in the United States | Okay, I’ve taken a quick look at your recent contributions and python file. I would strongly urge you to go on the OSM Wiki for the HIFLD, and document the process you used to import the data, (execution of the script, any additional steps, visual review, etc.) and add a table with all the tags you converted, what OSM tags you converted them to. There should be some examples I’ve written in the past in the Law Enforcement and Energy tabs. By the way, thanks for the help. It’s impossible to take on a task of this magnitude alone. –SherbetS |

| OCD and Mapping | how much detail is always up to your discretion. the relationship being that the more detail you add, the less you contribute in total. there is an infinite amount of work to do in a finite amount of time. its up to you to triage your own mapping to match your skills, scope, and interest. |

| Capturing and uploading 360° imagery with Mapillary | The Gopro suction mount is around 40$ from the Gopro website and works perfectly. you can set it up in a couple seconds and the attachment is very secure. I’ve never tried any 3rd party sellers, but i wouldn’t bet my 400$ camera on their mount security. I’ve driven to Louisiana on the interstate and not had any trouble for over 300 miles. when traveling 70mph a 1 second delay is very significant, which is why I consider offsetting the time important. |

| Capturing and uploading 360° imagery with Mapillary | hey mvexel, I’ve spent some time collecting 360 imagery with the MAX as well. I’ve used the time-lapse mode exclusively because of the higher image quality Have you checked your image position? the MAX is notorious for a one second offset between the capture of the image and the capture of THE GPS fix. It becomes an issue when you’re driving >20MPH. I’ve used the CLI tool to adjust them before uploading in my own sequences, but I’ve never looked to see if the offset is still present on the video mode. -SherbetS |

| ChatGpt and tagging in OpenStreetMap | landuse=farm isn’t even a good tag to use for that purpose. I definitely wouldn’t trust a robot that only got it right 1/3 times. |

| Using the US National Address Database to assist TIGER tag cleanup | Excellent work! I’ve never considered using the NAD for this purpose. I could see this being helpful for Florida editors where the TIGER overlay has a serious prefix addiction (counties will have nearly every road labeled with a directional prefix such as southeast regardless of ground truth) Has you found errors in the NAD street name from doing this? –SherbetS |

| Trap Features | I saw someone else mention this issue after watching the same video. the conclusion we reached was that it should be avoided because it is a rule of openstreetmap to only map what is verifiable on the ground. |
