Most of the deletions and modifications are from deleting needless nodes on straight lines or corners. Appears to be artifact from the original data import.

Most of the deletions here are needless extra nodes on straight lines or overlapping nodes on corners. Seems to be artifact of the original data import.

I updated this to have both types of tags, seafood shop and restaurant.πŸ‘

Also I already corrected the building tag.
If iD's temple doesn't let you add building tag, you can scroll down in the left panel until you see all the tags and manually enter what you need. Just need to pay attention what you enter there since no validation for errors. πŸ™‚

iD developers are active on OSM World discord server. Or you can go directly to GitHub and open issue there. πŸ‘

Hello.
Please note that all tags ending with "_1" are invalid and must never be added to OSM. If you've seen them somewhere else, those are wrong entries and should be corrected. Please see this article that documents "name" and its variations tags in detail: osm.wiki/Names

Additionally, you deleted 2 restaurant nodes and added those tags to buildings. Looking at the street level imagery I see that each restaurant takes up only the first floor in each build and above it are apartments/offices. As such, it is incorrect to tag the whole building as being those businesses. They must be mapped as separate nodes within the perimeter of the building.

Hello.
Could you please elaborate what kind of business is this? Based on the name it sounds like a grocery store or a deli, however you tagged it as a resturant?

Is it an empty building now or other hotel took over this location?

It most definitely shouldn't be part of the "name" tag. I updated those nodes based on my understanding of entrance=*#Entrances_and_addresses
How to get to the rear 2 entrances? Imagery is not good enough to see which way on would have to go...If you are familiar with that area, adding paths would be beneficial. πŸ‘

Hello.
Your edit of Alabama airports extended all the way to New York. Can you please elaborate what did you edit?

I presumed it's vandalism based on your edits, lack of reply to my comment and my cursory search on those warehouse names producing no relevant results. But it's good that you replied here. πŸ™‚πŸ‘

Rather than putting warehouse codes into "name" tag, they should probably go into "ref" tag as documented in ref=*
"name" tag would be something like "Carol B. TomΓ© Depot" or similar. Codes, serial numbers, IDs, etc are more appropriate for "ref" tag.

Is it active or decommissioned callbox? If decommissioned, perhaps it should be marked somehow so that it doesn't how up on emergency-related maps?

Hello.
Could you please elaborate what are building names you entered in this edit, such as "EDINJ 0899"?
Also it seems like there are a few places where you mapped parked cargo trailers/containers as building. That doesn't seem correct and should be fixed.

Hello.
I see that in your edit you used only Mapbox satellite imagery. It is pretty good, however presently in NYC Bing imagery is newer and more representative of the state of roads.
Additionally, you edited Apple store's phone number format. Unfortunately, you modified it to have ( ) around area code. As documented in phone=*#Usage a phone number should be separated only by space or dash. πŸ‘
