Welcome! If you like to map Points Of Interest (POIs) while walking around, I suggest either OsmAnd or maybe the new Every Door. Other apps I recommend are Street Complete.

For a moment I thought this could be vandalism, given that the title mentions Ukraine (україни), but the user is just adding a bunch of houses. Still, two comments:

• Change descriptions could be more descriptive
• There have been calls in the community to not map Ukraine. I can’t find references to it, but the posts have been written in English and … Ukranian, I think?

Use the ‘share’ button (right side, 6th from the top), check the ‘Include marker’ checkbox, then copy the link in the text entry. Open another tab, paste the link, and make sure the pin is in the shown map. Otherwise try again. Also, you need JS enabled on the site (I mention this just in case you, like me, have JS disabled by default).

Once you got this right, click the ‘HTML’ button and copy the HTML code. Mine looks like this:

It could also be the case where the original data comes from a GPX with very low resolution, and like @n76 says, then nobody came after and cleaned up.

you will have to tell us what do you mean by this, what service you’re using, what did you do so it tells you ‘you live in California’. We can’t fix a bug if we don’t even know the ballpark of what youŕe doing.

Sorry if we came off like that, but I don’t see how I seem rude in my response, so you will have to enlighten me. I’m here to learn too. Also have in account that the majority of us are not native English speakers (the world is big!), so maybe our phrases are not 100% correct.

OTOH, even if the situation has been fixed in OSM’s database, it could take a while before those sites updates their databases.

Click the edit button, then click them all by pressing Shift (not Control/Command, as I suspect many expect). On the left you can change the addresses.
