I used "typo" meaning that it's a typo for OSM tags, I know that it's not a typo. Since British English is preferred in OSM, "tyre" is the preferred in OSM.

State, country, whatever. It's the USA (340 million) vs the rest of the world (6660 million).

The services of a shop should be handled by the application, not by the user. If the application is correctly written it should know that even if the user writes "tire" it should search for "tyres" tags. Moreover, I think it's very wrong to have a tag working only for a state, while the rest of the world agrees on another tag. I understand that "tire" is a possible tag, but why should this tag not follow osm.wiki/Any_tags_you_like#How_to_name_new_tags (which also suggest that new tags should be in British English)? "Tire" is US-centric and this can lead not only to mistakes but also to some engine not looking for these places since the more widespread tag is "tyre".

OSM prefers British English, so tyres is the correct form service:vehicle:tyres=yes

Trovo, comunque, effettivamente errato mettere i tag della scuola sull'edificio, penso che sarebbe più corretto un'area coincidente all'outline dell'edificio (per il one element, one feature: una cosa è l'edificio, un'altra l'attività che si svolge all'interno).

Mi sono sempre basato sull'immagine presente nel paragrafo "Multiple school on one site" (osm.wiki/File:Amenity_school_usage_example_complex_-_Proposal.svg ) per quello le ho separate dall'edificio.

Inoltre, il commento al gruppo di modifiche dovrebbe essere qualcosa di più esplicativo di "OK", così che gli altri utenti possono sapere esattamente cosa volevi fare e aiutarti nel caso di errori

No, no, voglio giustamente capire. Se il monumento è conosciuto con quel nome va benissimo metterlo; se, invece, è una specie di codice locale, tipo un codice identificativo, si potrebbe usare il campo loc:ref. Le foto sono sempre utili :D

Ciao, cosa si intende per "Lapide commemorativa 43-45"? In OSM in "name" dovrebbe esserci il nome con cui è conosciuta una cosa, ma questo nome mi sembra un po' strano, quasi descrittivo (e generalmente i monumenti nomi non ne hanno, salvo casi particolari).
