Als het een turn restriction is dan is hij verkeerd gemaakt: die zet je niet als een tag op de weg maar dan maak je een relatie: osm.wiki/Relation:restriction
Vandaar mijn opmerking "vreemde turnrestriction".

Verder is een dergelijke turn restriction in OSM niet nuttig want er zal geen routeerder zijn die ooit zo'n route maakt, dus hem verhinderen hoeft ook niet.
Verder is keren op dat punt alleen niet toegestaan omdat er een doorgetrokken streep is, en daar hoef je ook geen turnrestrictions voor aan te leggen.

Ik vind er niks mis mee. public_transport kan geen station zijn, daar is stop_position de correcte waarde en railway=station zou ik voor het stationsgebouw reserveren, niet voor de plek waar de trein stopt.
Maar dat is wel dubbel met de PTv2 mapping.

Both are correct. Line 340 has one line via Nospelt and one direct between Mamer and Kehlen
