I thought it was needed for some API filters to work in JOSM which turned out to be a bug - after which I understood:"Ohhhhhh, that's an overkill on every node" LOL

but thanks anyway for the reminder I need to fix the remaining where I still have this nonsense going on which I created *silly me*

You couldn't have known this, but just for the record this is Secondary 21-21, Western Link Circumferential Road in the city ordinance 50 series 2019 p287 40/30 so I'll update it accordingly.

It's still a good thing you reduced the 50kmh as this is definitely not a 50kmh road :)
