Individual buildings should be outlined. You can make the entire a landuse=commercial or similar tag to mark the area as a bus terminal. Do you need help fixing?

A park should be a polygon of the area. If it's just a trail head, you can use highway=trailhead

FYI - The nail salon should have been a node like you used in your subsequent edits. I see someone else already made the change.

It's probably a matter of interpretation. If there was only a few parking spaces, then driveway is definitely appropriate, even for commercial areas. The church parking looked like there was a number of parking spaces. Again, its you interpretation which is fine.

The service road at Valley Church is probably a service=park_aisle instead of a service=driveway. Driveways are typically for residential homes.

With multiple businesses in the same building, we draw a outline of the entire building and place nodes for each of the businesses. Can you fix this? If you need help let me know.

Nice addition of footways. Some tips. Make sure you connect footways to help routers and footways, when crossing streets should be connected to the street. I've fixed the problems. There are some footways that end near another, but I couldn't tell from the imagery if they actually connect so I didn't make the connection.

We don't usually name parking lots. Because it's adjacent spatially to the Harman Center, it's really not needed

Instead of deleting and adding a new tag for the car repair, you could have just update the existing node. That save a history of the feature. By deleting the node, the history is lost.

Don't forget to square your buildings by selecting the outline and either right click, select the square icon or just type an "s" - they look much nicer squared. I went ahead and squared it.
