| 59384883 | over 7 years ago | Here is a tip. You can square buildings in Potlatch by selecting the outline and typing a "Q" - It's been years since I used Potlatch, but I believe that's the correct key. Same as JOSM. If you look at the houses just to the south of what you added, they all appear squared. Just looks nicer. |
| 59382696 | over 7 years ago | Can you explain where the landuse names came from? They look more like voting districts.
| 59364410 | over 7 years ago | Instead of removing the section of road named "South Dennis Street" you could have changed it to a service road to enable routing to the church.
| 59363664 | over 7 years ago | Island in lakes should be added as an inner polygon to the lake. Also - it's helpful to update your changeset comment with each edit.

| 59346690 | over 7 years ago | can you add a tag to describe the business?
| 59343416 | over 7 years ago | Can you add a name and address to the pizza place?

| 59188606 | over 7 years ago | Alan - the roundabout was great - I did need to fix the two relations, SR20 and BR3 using JOSM. I'm not sure how well iD handles relations. JOSM has tools just designed to work on relations which helps with the complexity. I still want to run it through osm.wiki/Relation_Analyzer to make sure I didn't add a problem. |
| 59195099 | over 7 years ago | There already is a landuse with the name Hyde Square but is currently shown as under construction. It looks like it might be now landuse=retail. Can you confirm and make the change, merging your node with the existing outline? BTW Bing imagery looks good for this area. Mapbox seems to be out of date.
| 59195086 | over 7 years ago | It looks like you inadvertently dragged a node to the east a few blocks. I tried to fix it, you might want to relook at the service roads and bridges.

| 59160775 | over 7 years ago | Tip: Remember to change your changeset comment for every edit. That help people looking at the history.
| 59113783 | over 7 years ago | the original boundary might fit better in OpenHistoricalMap.org. It is designed for just that purpose - capture data from the early history to the present. OHP needs more contributors. But if you look at Seattle, some work has been done there. If you have any question about how to add it there let me know.

| 59056608 | over 7 years ago | Is Peninsula RV a sales and service or a RV park? It looks like sales and service from the image, if so the area should be tagged as landuse=retail with info on the business. I'm not sure of the tag for RV sales and have asked on IRC. I'll update when I get an answer. If it's not sales and service, what exactly is it?
| 59056477 | over 7 years ago | RV Parks are tagged as tourism=caravan_park. We use british english since OSM was started in England. I made the change and added the service road

| 59042305 | over 7 years ago | That way looks more like a driveway. If you agree, can you make the change?
| 59034325 | over 7 years ago | I'm impressed, most people forget about the gnis tags. Those where imported years ago. I know the USGS has a program to update them, but it doesn't appear that they have made much progress.
| 59031395 | over 7 years ago | From the description, it sounds like the Flying Bike Cooperative also operates as a pub. You can have both a craft=brewery and amenity=pub tags.
| 59000027 | over 7 years ago | I'm curious - where are you getting the height info from?
| 58998521 | over 7 years ago | The outline should be tagged as building=yes since it is the building outline. Then area=yes is unnecessary.
I went ahead and made the changes. If you are interested in helping people with impaired vision and mobility issues, you should join the Seattle OSM Meetup. On the 26th we are having a mapathon to help map UW for this summers Special Olympics. I'm also sending a welcome message with a link to the Seattle Meetup signup page. I don't have the event added yet, but will be the end of the day.

| 58970979 | over 7 years ago | Don't forget to square your building additions. Just select the outline and either type a "s" or right click on the outline and use the square icon. I went ahead and fixed it. |
