The shooting ranges you tagged should be tagged as leisure=pitch (I know - it sounds crazy) instead of area=yes. See sport=shooting for more information.

Also, it's helpful to others if you create a unique changeset comment for each upload. It doesn't have to be lengthy, for example "added shooting range"

This road is most likely a service road unless maintained by the county. If it's a county road I'd recommend highway=unclassified. Tertiary is a connection road between to areas and usually has a higher speed limit.

a service=drive-through is really intended for usage like you'd see at a McDonalds drive through window. You can just drop the tag service=drive-through.

Tip: OSM spells out street names. Software has a problem un-abbreviating names but has no problem abbreviating them. We spell them out so voice guidance doesn't get confused.

I think you were confused by the admin boundary and 132nd street which in parallel. I removed the highway and name tag and added back in the boundary=administrative tag which is needed for the Kirkland and Redmond city boundaries. Admin boundaries can be very complex. Rather than tagging it as area=yes, I'd suggest something like landuse=utility or landuse=service. There less than 100 objects tagged either way but none of the more common landuse values fit. I'm guessing most people don't tag these areas, although there is nothing wrong with it. The name tag should be dropped. We don't use descriptive names for tagged objects.
