Just a couple of minor suggestions. Phone numbers in the US should start with +1- then the area code and phone number as you entered it.

This app requires that I review everything as good or bad. There is no in between. When I mark it as bad, it may only be that it doesn't fit the OSM tagging scheme. I'll leave a changeset comment with what I found.

Not sure why the tag ford=yes was added to the street. I removed it. Also - just adding a website to an apartment bld unit is incomplete. OSM isn't the place to add businesses without a retail or dedicated building.
