I have an example of a (small) section which had rendered and now has reverted. The data is still present. I have added a small change so maybe this will trigger another render. osm.org/?lat=53.73664&lon=-0.45103&zoom=16&layers=B000FTF
The OpenStreetMap Mapnik Layer Tile server has been overloaded for a few weeks now. Sysadmin team have moved some faster disks around to the tile server which should improve the situation in a few days time.

It has probably been having the weekly import, so the minutely updates haven't caught up yet.
