Deleted a Duplicated Neighbourhood Marker for Halswell Prestige & fixed plus moved the other one to be more centre

Shifted the One Tree Point cape marker to the actual cape itself rather than behind the road to the south. Changed the nearby building to a Club Home instead of a Sports Centre as it's more appropriate for it. Added the boat ramp too.

Updated the Wikipedia tags for the Marsden Point cape point marker currently bearing it's wikipedia while the Marsden Point town marker has Bream Bay's wikipedia instead due to it's local info for the surrounding area on the Bay's coastline

Changed several Place Markers in Whangarei & Marsden Point, also slightly shifted some markers & put notes on others. The change of some urban area suburbs to towns & towns to suburbs is absolutely necessary for the long term.

Changed He Puna Taimoana: New Brighton Hot Pools to a Public Bath area. The He Puna Taimoana building should remain shown as a Swimming Pool Facility.

Corrected the names of Brookside Irwell Road & Brookside Burnham Roads which must be the same as it's signs on OSM

Updated the site of a former school across the road from WETA Workshop in Miramar, Wellington

Made a Quarter marker for Riccarton East just within Hagley Park which may be a part of it, not including the Christchurch Botanic Gardens which is likely part of the CBD's stat area.

Changed Akaroa from Village to a Town to distinguish it from the nearby village Takamatua & it is often referred to as one.

Added a note to Halswell's marker to maintain it's marker as a Suburb rather than a Town due to Prebbleton's marker nearby

Added a note to Marshland's marker to address when to future upgrade it from Suburb to a Town Marker in the future.

Changed several Place Markers in Christchurch's Urban Area to Towns, also added new quarters + neighbourhoods & slightly shifted some markers & put notes on others. The change of some important urban area suburbs to towns in larger cities is necessary.

Removed the "and" from the top part of Leeston Lake Road as street-level photos shows obvious proof without such word on there.
