Tidied up detail work at Onekawa School.

Changed Frankton's marker to a Town Marker. Created Quarters for Crawshaw & Peacockes. Created Neighbourhood Markers for Frankton & Hamilton East CBD's plus New Nawton Shopping Centre. Altered Livingstone & Grandview Heights to adjust necessary changes.

Updated & added several Place Name points across Hamilton's urban area, Added 2 neighbourhood markers, shifted Hamilton Central's to Civic Square & put a note on Hamilton East's marker. These changes are absolute necessary for Hamilton's long term future.
