Shifted the marker points of Papamoa & Greerton to better areas & upgraded them plus Bethlehem & Mount Maunganui's markers to be Town's so they stand out more, plus due their own distinct CBD areas. Papamoa's is south of it's CBD to respect Papamoa Beach.
