River Ridge and River View are actually business improvement districts (BIDs) but I changed their place= to quarter (from neighborhood) to match other area neighborhoods. Same with Granville Station.

Drew and tagged Necedah Trails. According to the FWS' FAQ (and unfortunately for me), no bicycles on NWR track roads, service roads, or paths/trails. Township roads (called "Avenues" in this area) do allow bikes.
